I watched the full Samantha Hayes interview with former National Prime Minister Sir John Key on YouTube last night from which the prime time THREE news item was cut.

About 95% of her questions were about who was better for the American economy, Kamala Harris or Donald Trump, and Key had no difficulty extolling Trump because, like him, he is a right wing free market politician. Key then went on to label Harris as a dangerous left wing radical because she sees a role for government in the marketplace and taxing the wealthy.

At one point Key remarked of Vice President Kamala Harris that “she is quite left wing and ultimately left wing economics, in my opinion, has proven to be spectacularly unsuccessful."

Really? Hayes could surely have fact checked Key at this point.
