The event on Saturday was part of Auckland's pride festival, but was cancelled but after about 50 protesters pushed their way into Te Atatū library and refused to leave.
About 30 adults and young children were forced to lock themselves in a room. The family event featured a Drag King talking to the kids about the science of rainbows.

And Tamaki should be charged with inciting a riot. There was absolutely nothing Christian in this shameful attempt to frighten and intimidate mothers and very young children.
What an absolute disgrace this man and his private army Tu Tangata is. I have had vast experience with 'gangs' and this definitely constitutes what the 'government' subscibes as a violent gang. In fact, with all honesty most of the 'gangs' I know, whilst terrorising women and children is commonplace on a domestic level, on this mass scale, like we have seen from Brian and his gang, represents a whole new level. Brian Tamaki took it up a notch. And it should be addressed as such.
