Yeah right!
Lowering building standards will create the slums of tomorrow.
Poor quality insulation results in cold damp unhealthy housing which, in turn, results in more children in hospital during winter suffering respiratory illnesses, some of which can shorten their lives.
It is such a stupid, ill-considered policy it deserves this clever on point satirical piece written by April Phillips and performed by Tracey Savage and April Phillips.
